By the way, regarding going independent - let's say hypothetically I still have a pretty heavy list of prospects who I've never written business on but have been in contact with, and I wanted to start inputting them into a CRM system. If I intended to do Final Expense and Med Supps, and needed a quote engine and CRM for that, is the standard still Radius with CSG integrated? Or is there something else I should look into? I've played with YIO and I really like it for its simplicity, but the integration between Radius and CSG seems like it takes the cake.

Turning in my resignation letter this coming Monday as it will be the first day of a new sales cycle and all business written this week and last will be paid by then. Plus I'm hoping my overdue bonus checks will show up this week...
