So when you have a U65 Kansas customer wanting health insurance, what do you sell them?

Exchange plans
Same plans, off exchange
Other carriers - off exchange (are there any?)
Short term coverage
Faith based coverage product
Nothing

If they make under 30k a year ACA. If they maker over 30k and can't afford ACA short term medical.
