CMS doesn't deal with FMO's directly, but you can damn sure bet they know who they are and how they operate. My point is CMS looks the other way with all concerned, except the agent.

Word on the street is that Humana has bought Windsor, but I can't seem to find anybody who will say definitively.

Does anybody here have any insight to that?

Humana is a publicly traded company, so if they have acquired Windsor, you would have heard by now.
