It doesn't appear so. None of the major insurance companies are really touching home in Florida. There are some existing policies out there but thats about it. State Farm non-renewed a lot of stuff and the state twisted Allstate's arm to write some, but it has come to a halt. I'm not even sure how many have an AM Best rating. Only Demotech.
