LOL....Like KSKJ? We've been doing FE telesales since 2004. If FE telesales was not profitable we would have stopped doing it over 15 years ago. We have the absolute best FE telesales system in America!
The other carriers are/were stumbling around in the dark. They left the industry even though they have cheaper rates than us? We're here to stay....and conquer! May was the BIGGEST month in Sr life's history. And we're very top heavy on telesales with these incredible live TV transfers.
Agents from other agencies are always joining us for one main reason: we have the live TV transfers that are just 45 sec old. We don't have to dial and dial and hope someone answers the phone. How can anyone make a career out of that?

They had gotten very heavily into phone sales. But you are right, they were a POS company long before the telephone man became a thang.
