RNA Comp Cut on Essential Life

I know there is another thread on this but this one needs it's own. On our retail numbers at EFES it's a 32.5 point commission cut. That's in addition to the 10 point cut earlier this year.

That's on ages 18-85 and face amounts under $100,000. 42.5 points off the commission!!

Why they just didn't pull the product is beyond comprehension. Instead of killing it they are just going to let it die a slow painful death, {well, not that slow in my opinion}.

And, they didn't even tell us about this in advance. Just sent out commission grids by snail mail.

They went from being my favorite company to down to UHL and Foresters territory.

Yes, 17 and under remains the same as does $100,000 and over face. Those didn't get the 10 point cut earlier either.

It's 18-85 face amounts under $100,000.

I will still write the EL when it's in the best interest of the client. Same for the SIWL but that's a pretty narrow window now.

I wrote 4 apps today. None were RNA.

One of the great things about being independent is we don't answer to anybody and can do what's right for our clients. Too bad you'll never know that feeling.
