The key is copays and not coins. The payment rebates between the standard plan plans and enhanced plans toward the moops on mapd plans seems to be substantial from what i can tell. Most of the mapd plans i’m looking at have deductibles between $350 and $450 . The clients if possible need to bit the bullet and pay the deductible up front . The Medicare payment plan will be a disaster
