At the beginning of 2019 received a call from a client's wife informing me that he was on a ventilator and in a comma...

History... I've signed him up 3 times and 3 time he missed his 1st premium payment each time (wife is an active client)...

The last time was in July 2018... and I decided that middle of Jan 2018 I would try putting him on SS billing (should have done that first)... after call from wife we attempted to pay up past due premiums to bring policy current...

Today I closed the file as claim denied because of missing first payment...
