Saint Louis, MO

Fex will contract anyone.

Edit: everyone on here will contract anyone, it's crazy.

No unfortunately we have to turn most down. Always have. But it's the same problem as the OP is running into. Some areas are covered. Agencies like us want to ideally have one agent in each area that is doing great.

In reality 8 calls out of 10 will be an agent calling about the same area that we already have agents. And of course we have areas that are open where we have no agent. Murphy's law never fails.

Then why did I just spend an hour doing the CONTRACTING stuff that I was told to do by some guy named Mark Stover? Why was I sent an email invitation from TT to join this morning's call? Mark Stover gave me you phone number yesterday to call and discuss leads. I called you, got voice mail, left a message. No response. Did it again this morning...no response. Calls go straight to voice mail. So, I called Mark Stover at 402-261-3550 and at 800-673-5309. No answer. No voice mail, just nothing.

Here is the email I got from Mark Stover...

Marc,
Here is the contracting link to request most carriers. I will have the Oxford contract email sent to you. I have also attached the RGI lead information.
Create a new username/password to get in:

you may want: Family Benefit - Lifeshield - Royal Neighbors - American General (AIG)
Gerber - Assurant - Americo

I can request TransAmerica and Mutual of Omaha for you, they are not on Surancebay.

Here is a little more about us as well as our commission schedule.

Hell of a way to start a relationship. You are asking for their help not the other way around.

Then why did your guy send contracting immediately? You don't even know who he is.

The agent requested it. He was already in our database because he had contracted in the past. We can contract most anyone if all they want is a contract. But what we do different is to let them know that we won't put them on set cost direct mail leads if they aren't working in an area we have open. And I always advise every agent that wants to do FE full time to not sign up with us if we can't get you in a lead area that you want to work. I'm not a believer in traveling around and staying in hotels to sell FE. Unless the agent really wants to do that. Few do.

Thats my point.....you contract them....to your agency....without knowing them....is his debt not yours if he signs that contract and produces with Oxford???

Wonder why their Trans and MoO aren't in Sureancebay? I think I know why. You have most of your contracts through one imo or direct and are using your own Surebay and trans and MoO through another.

But if you have your own Surancebay then why not have them all? Mark must just go and copy and paste the info from one Surancebay to the other?

Am I missing something?

Im missing something, they "turn down" a lot of agents yet immediately send contracting to someone, that they actually already had contracted before and didn't know lol How is that turning down? You mean turn down leads? Training? That would mean you just give contracts. This is what I've said all along, most of you all bash certain agencies for certain sales tactics yet at the end of the day you have people in your down line that you HAVE ZERO IDEA how they produce.

It's always entertaining to read the truth about a certain organization over and over again.

"We don't contract everyone."

That's cute.

I would run. Find any other organization.

BTW... I'm in Wentzville. Feel free to visit my office anytime to talk shop.

Thanks for the offer. I'm in south county... Don't get to Wentzville often (ever), but I would like to talk to you. Can I call you? If so, please email me your contact information.

According to google it's a 42 minute drive. I just drove 5 1/2 hour round trip to meet a potential IMO. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the offer if you have any interest at all in NSRH's business model. Don't trip over dollars picking up nickels.
