Anybody have any experience with them? Any insight on what they do well? Where they struggle? "Gotchas" in the policy docs?

One thing I am specifically looking for....There's a $75 copay for infertility. What the heck is covered under the $75?

Summary of Benefits are not available, nor are the SPD's.

Their rates are looking very competitive this year!
I didn't write any business for them last year.
Not familiar with their ACA coverage at all.

Thanks! I missed those yesterday. Or I was too tired from staying up looking at the rates.

The rates are decent. And I was excited about the urgent care benefit. (For my very few subsidy people, they want urgent care). But there is only 1 in Dallas County. In Mesquite. Blue Advantage has 4. UHC Compass has 15, but uses ded/coins. Sigh.
