Seasoned Telesales Agent Looking for New Opportunity

I agree, "kinda" but the rare occurrence is when it needs to be done.

We all know how easy it is to convince the client what we want them to think.

"so Mr. Jones The oxygen use, is that something you're on right now as were talking? Because when the insurance company means oxygen use they mean a bunch of Big huge tanks with air cords all around, and they mean are you currently taking oxygen right this moment that were on the phone, do you wear an oxygen mask 24 seven?

Oh great thanks Mr. Jones so just remember when I ask you on the recorded line if you use oxygen remember to answer no because they mean 24 seven like I explained do you understand, Great so when I ask you the oxygen question are you going to answer yes or no?

You can do it with almost any question and the client will believe you because you're the agent who is supposed to be the professional.

So I'm sorry, to say it can't be done simply because the calls recorded means nothing, if an agent wants to lie cheat or steal they will.

Exactly. The senior life agents ask all the underwriting questions first, before the recording begins

Plenty of time to "coach" prospect into saying No to a question, before actually beginning the phone interview senior life needs

Yea you're right. Crooked agents from any agency, from any state, from any insurance co., tele-sales or field sales, can coach Ms. Jones into giving false answers to health questions.

Glad you admit that senior life may or may not be clean sheeting applications. That's big of you

I'm not saying the carrier, Senior Life, is clean sheeting apps. That's like saying Foresters is clean sheeting apps.
It's crooked agents with Foresters, Assurity, LH, etc. who do the clean sheeting.

good point. But why not turn in the ENTIRE phone call, to the prospect, that includes the greeting, fact finding, and, the senior life required recording.

Wouldn't that be a little bit more forth coming, then just supplying the interview where the agent turns on the recorder, and the recording from senior life with the health questions????

What Is the advantage that there is no MIB or script check?

Call Matt Lyons at ALB(Adams Life Brokerage). He will give you a 120% and 15.00 tele leads. Made by Americans callers. No avatars or infinity press 1 leads like other agencies are using. PM me if you want Matts cell number or a sample recording of Matts leads.

Thank You ..Mig for answering the question .

I've been doing Final Expense tele-sales since 2005, probably longer than anyone else on the forum. I also do field sales.

For tele-sales I can set you up with either of the following:
being the cheapest, but that's because there is no MIB or RX check.

I like the fact that there are no MIB nor RX surprises that keep me from getting paid on time. There are a few other former independent agents who now enjoy this same feature. They've told me how they thought everything was fine with their app with another co. only for something to show up on the MIB or Rx check that kept them from getting paid.

There are no advantages for the co., only for the agent.

I don't know, I'm not an insurance co. Why don't you ask all the FE companies that now do tele-sales? Do any of your carriers require you to record your warm-up, sales presentation, and closing techniques?

when i do a sale I get electronic signature, thru a third party or I get wet signature thru the mail. I also get a HIPAA form signed, which you told me repeatedly didn't need signed by Senior Life, which was a LIE.

And in case of contestable claim I supply ALL my phone conversations and emails ...

Since Senior Life requires you to physically upload a recording why only supply the recording with health questions???

When Transamerica, Assurity Life, Mutual of Omaha, AETNA, Foresters, Lincoln Heritage , RNA, etc do phone interviews, they record all the clients pertinent information, and the health questions.

Why would I only record 2-3 minutes of my conversation with a prospect/client, if I could record the whole thing??? Just like when I talked to you, I recorded our WHOLE conversations, not 2-3 minutes worth:skeptical:

You are correct in that Greg but the companies also require an MiB or Rx check which tends to catch alot of the clean sheeting at most other companies.
