Does anyone else have trouble getting it to load shortly after receiving the email that a new statement is available?

I usually do if it is the 15th or the 3rd. I am not sure if it is because more agents are checking them that day? I don't really have trouble outside of those days...

I've noticed that if you go to open the statement immediately once you receive the e-mail, that it will get hung up. It seems like maybe the e-mails go out before all of the statements are completely uploaded. If it's an hour or so after you receive the e-mail it usually opens without a hitch.

That has been my experience as well. Have to wait a while.
