Securus Vs EFES in Building a Team: Any Information on Greg Harvey?

I wasn't agreeing with you. I was making fun of you. just because you didn't read Tim W's posts here you act as though they didn't exist.

I never said his posts didn't exist. I only said I'd never seen any of his posts. YOU are the one who said his posts must not exist (post #55 above).

I'd love to read all of Tim's posts as I might learn something.

there is Greg...............

The top 5 producers each week are in the $6k-$9k range, most using tele-sales. I'm not in that elite category.

I'm focused on building a group that is a lean mean production machine. Here's what I mean for the present week thru Wed. @ 5:55pm est from my Raleigh, NC office..........

Greg H (me)............$2879.64
Kim R.....................$2196.84
Kirk W (1st week)....$440.04
Alphonzo H..............$3419.84
Kitty J.....................$7127.40 !!!
Cornell M.................$1713.36
Rufus......................$529.44

There's about 10 others who have written ZERO for the week, they're part-time and not on the lead program and do this from home. (Part-timers are usually NO-TIMERS).

and none of those mega producers are affiliated with senior life? big surprise

The top producers at SL are too busy to come on this forum and listen to negative people like you.

You're just upset when you were proved wrong last week about insulin dependent diabetics getting a super-preferred rate from Sr Life that beat any of the 7-10 Co.'s you write for. They're not the cheapest for all situations...but that is also true for all the other FE Co.'s you write for.

You opened your mouth, stuck your foot in it, and then started choking and back pedaling. You certainly left that post alone afterwards didn't you.

Now all you like to do is bad mouth SL. All Co.'s will have some agents bad mouthing them, those are the losers.....kinda like what you do.

What a load of crap!!

Once again greg is lying about the super preferred rates for insulin users. They only qualify for preferred. As you can see Greg is a liar and a poor producer. They go hand and hand. Also most of those policies will be replaced when the policy holders visit with another professional who has integrity, morals, and a conscience. Chargeback city for Dwight schrute

Looks like you are anxious to stick your other foot in your mouth. Insulin and getting super-preferred can be verified by calling the Home Office. Then, once you hear the truth, get yourseld contracted so you can give your diabetic prospects the cheapest rates.

Oh, I almost forgot, you are a flunkie with Sr Life as you already tried them late last year. What's with the name calling? I thought you might be a little more professional and mature than that. What kind of successful "financial professional" talks like this? Must be the UN-successsful and bitter.:D

Hello Everyone,

I'm new here, as if you couldn't tell. I've been lurking around here for the last couple of weeks trying to educate myself in regards to the final expense business. I currently do not have any experience selling insurance products. Hell, I'm not even licensed yet. (I can tell your already sold on me) However, I know with the right mentor, training, and program, I will be successful.

Now, all of my lurking has got me to the point I am at now. I believe out of all of the opportunities available Travis aka Hoosier Daddy is my best chance for success. I actually emailed him this week and haven't received a response yet, but I totally understand. He's one of the best and I would be lucky to receive a response at all. Here's a couple of questions though:

Will Travis even consider me at this point, being that I'm unlicensed with no experience in insurance sales? I believe I could get my license and be ready to sell in a couple of weeks, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Does EFES or Travis even work with agents in California? I'm in the Oceanside area, maybe moving a little northeast to Temecula. I am close to calling EFES directly, but my gut is telling me I want to go thru Travis if at all possible.

Should I start with ExamFX to get the hours and training I need to get my license? Is it reasonable to think I can finish the hours I need and pass the necessary exam or exams in a couple of weeks? Is there a better place to get the 40 class hours and training for the licensing exam?

Sorry, for this kind of long annoying post. I figured it's slightly better than the new guy who posts "Hey has anyone ever heard of EFES?"

Thank you all in advance for your help. I hope we can work together or compete against each other in the future.

Mike

Thanks so much for the reply TDF. Do you have contact info for JDeasy or Shannon Davey? How do you like working with EFES?

What preparation did you use to get your hours and pass your test? Is the only test I need to pass Life & Health to get started? Thanks Again TDF!

You can contact throgh my email here. I don't think you can pm until you get 20 posts.

Travis does take Ca agents and he is taking on new agents now. If you emailed him that's abolut all you can do. I can give you a contact at EFES and you need to talk to them anyway even if you talk to Travis first.

Travis will start you at a higher commission than any other manager at EFES. Being completely new to the business there might be a better fit. Don't let me or anyone else decide that for you. Talk to EFES and Travis and then another manager if you want and then decide what's best for you.
