Lie much. Do the math. Your guys do 25 sales a week (according to your posts), you said in another thread your average premium is $92. In this thread you say your guys make $80 to $100K and you give them 30% of whatever your upfront is. Hmmm $92 multiplied by 9 = $828 your commission is most likely 110% to 135% (ave 122.5%) 122.5% multiplied by $828 = $1014. Agent gets 30% = $304.2 multiplied by 25 = $7605 per week income multiplied by 48 weeks = $365,040.My agents are happy making 80-120k yearly for sitting at a desk all day. I pay $3000/wk in lead cost for each guy per week. Hence why when they can cover that cost (if they're responsible enough to save up their money), I allow them to switch over to a "normal" agent contract.
So which lie is the lie or is just all of them. Bro when you post on here you have to keep you lies and math in check otherwise you get caught. Thanks for playing though.
