Being new to the industry as well as the OP, what are commissions like for med supps (in Florida), I hear it is simplier to market for, but am wondering if MA plans are better in florida. I am sure the rates are much higher here in west palm beach area. Also maybe this is a hard question to answer, but what are reasonable expectations for production using a dialer for a few hours a day? 2-3 apps, 5-6 apps a week?? I know it depends on the agents ability- but something to go on would help??

Really? No one beats MoO's rates in Atlanta? You must be getting different rates than me.

I would suggest starting out with Final Expense life insurance. Plenty of agencies generate leads and sell them to agents. They provide you with a presentation book or Power Point and it's real easy.

By the way, I've recruited a few Banker's agents and they have the best work ethic. The training must be excellent but the management seems to leave a lot to be desired, but that's prevelent in this industry which is what drives agents to be independent.

The goats are cheap. They insisted that I keep that phone number so it wouldn't be a toll call for them. They call at least once a day and have promised to visit often.
