Probably none in the FE arena. Graded would be the best you could hope for. However, depending upon the exact circumstances, you might be able to accomplish immed coverage with a fully u/w SPWL product.

So here is what needs to be disclosed:

Age now and age at diagnosis:
How long ago onset of MS: recent to 2 yrs is more difficult, 3 to 5 yrs more doable, and onset of 6 yrs and longer the risk is lower.

Frequency of attacks from MS:

Overall health condition outside of the disease; meaning other med conditions, meds, etc:

What amount of deposit or face amount are they interested in...? If we are talking small means here then I wouldn't fool with it based on this, but if they are capable of making a larger deposit and looking for a higher face amount then it would deserve some further study.

If they were in reasonably decent health outside of the MS, meaning few other complications, and disease was diagnosed 5 or more yrs ago, you might be surprised at what they might qualify for with fully u/w SPWL.

Right off the top of my head I can say that RNA, Americo and LH will do immedaite coverage depending on when diagnosed and if on any treatment.

I sure there are many others that will do immedaite coverage for MS.

I know RNA would be graded based upon question 9. Was diagnosed 3years ago. taking avonex

If there are not other health issues beyond the MS, you could be looking at a Table 4 rating, in other words double the std rate, on a fully u/w product, and this would be immediate covg.
