I don't think its a 1099? Its the letter with their January deposit amounts (and debit amounts, too)Is it their 1099's from SS? I've received mine and it shows the deductions for Part B.
(caveat, not an agent)I just logged in to see if anyone else was hearing this. 3 calls and 2 emails already this morning with SSA letters showing last year's deductions. Clearly there is an issue at SSA
WellcareCigna and Wellcare?

I don't think this is anything new.
3-4 years ago I made a post somewhere asking how soon I needed to get a plan selection in the system for no problems.
@DS4 responded with a date, I don't remember what and have not been able to refind the post. When I asked what would happen if I didn't get it done by then he told me SS would continue to deduct the old premium and would then get the issue fixed in January or February. I don't remember the precise fix details but things worked out exactly as he said they would.
I was then quite surprised this year. I went with BCBSKS pdp very late on the last day of enrollment. I expected the same thing to happen again this year. However in a couple of weeks I saw the new plan reported on mymedicare. My SS letter had correct numbers in it.
@StevenjKSU reported earlier this year that BCBSKS was dropping ACA coverage in KS, so I just figured they had plenty of time to process PDP enrollments.
It would be interesting to hear if the incorrect reporting issues this year are coming primarily from MAPD plans and/or from carriers agents find to be notoriously slow in processing their paperwork.
As other agents have remarked in the thread, I would expect everything to get fixed at social security in the next month or two, just as it has been in prior years.

As i indicated in a previous post, this is basically what a very experienced long term medicare agent told me several years ago when I was concerned about the issue for myself. The corrections happened in Feb or Mar almost to the letter of how he said they would. What I was told when I called SS was that it can take until Feb for changes to show up in SS if the changes were made in Dec or late Now. This was in the context of a client wanting more than B taken out of SS in 2025 (in 2024 all he had taken out was B) and so was told he had to make a payment himself until it was reflected in his SS check..

The section of the statement you're referring to is simply for common deductions from their SS check.
Part B and C - Simply the total of their premiums deducted for both. Some people pay for C and some don't. And some have their part B premium deducted and some don't.
Part D - For those that have their premium deducted. Some pay by check.
The other two sections are for withholding taxes.
(Caveat, not an agent.)As indicated in the post. This individual changed their plan in early November. They received a letter in early January still showing the wrong data.
Something seems off.
