So you think that when his PCP states that a urologist may order a biopsy that makes the answer to that question yes?
Advised by a medical professional to have a procedure that has not been done? I could see how that would be yes. But I am not nit picky when it comes to that stuff. If he answered that NO, I would have written it also. I would have just tried to use a company that recorded his answer instead of a paper application just in case something comes up down the road though.

I said in my post the PCP referred him and told him he might need a biopsy. I never said he told him to have a biopsy done.

This is the issue you run into when starting with price. I always start with affordability then move to the carrier (GI if need be) and get what you can. If people are price shopping they often do not understand underwriting.

Get the health facts, then say something like, "Wow Bob, you got a lot going on. Does this concern you? Yes it would me too. Most carriers would not even want to take a look at some of these conditions. But let me see, I carry a few that are designed to assist with MAJOR health issues like yours."

Sometimes you need to "worry up" your clients who think COPD with 120 units of humalog and heart murmur are run of the mill and they'll just keep shopping. Shopping for what... a box to slide into?

Speaking of that who takes inhalers like spiriva for non copd and insulin ? Trans put to modified because of spiriva and getting filled more than 6 times a yr combined with insulin. Will most carriers that see that on the rx check say that's copd and deny it ?

And she smokes . Does that matter as far as classifying copd taking multiple inhalers ?Hows American memorials phone interview ? Do they grill the client on the meds he takes and for what he takes them ?
