Do you have to baptize the new members in Ox blood?
No, but I was told that the new agents have to go through a secret initiation ritual that involves a pig, some rope, a cucumber, a hunting knife, a fire to make the knife hot, a fried chicken wing, a bottle of seltzer water, and two live mice. Not sure what all that's for but maybe one of you guys know?

The agent guide states policies will be issued in 48 hours. I called for 2 weeks after getting a status report that told me nothing. Finally got ahold of Christian and he said they were waiting on the $24 membership fee. I told him that he had a void check and to draft it along with the initial premium. He did so and issued the policy while I was on the phone. Collect a separate check for the membership and premium if you don't want a delay.
