Because you paid only $2? or $3? per lead. Cheap leads give cheap results.

yeah they didnt good for me and the rep who sold me greg dobkins doesnt even work there anymore

I bought leads from them when I first got started. Worst leads i have ever purchased. They where nothing more than a list of names and the majority of the phone numbers where incorrect and none of them knew anything about filling out a survey. You can also forget about getting your money back like they promise you.
