Starting With Securus

Wondering if you could give further information on how Securus is providing you with leads...In your first post you mention they ask for a commitment of 80 leads at $21 each but also say you had spent $840 over a 12 day period without receiving any leads...Can you be more specific on how this works?

Basically they have you commit to buy 80 leads at $21 each. They do charge for the leads in advance. They're going to bill me $420 this week for the fourth time, although to this date I've only received 12 leads. Now, after this week, I'm assuming they are going to catch me up on leads until they bill me again, but we'll see. Hope this helps...

I've been running old leads for 2 and a half days and though I haven't wrote an app yet, I am scheduled to meet with 4 for FE policies and a Single premium paid up WL. My manager gave me these leads to help me get started. I expect to have several apps written by Saturday. Not bad for first week with Securus.

Yeah they offered me some of the old leads as well. I'm in the process of completing the sale of my current business. I'll still be training the new buyer until next week, so I really don't even have much time to run the leads I just got. Wasn't the best timing on my part.

I know it has been said more than a few times on this forum, but... Don't try to do this part time! I'm very overwhelmed right now trying to get out to see the leads and wrap up the sale of this business. Wish I could fast forward to two weeks from now!

After almost 2 months with Securus how is it going with lead flow and appointments? Are you getting your 20 leads per week?

I've noticed so far that this site has a shortage of helpful people and plenty of people looking to tear others down.
