Here's my take. I've been buying these since he started offering them. On my first 200 I had an average ROI of 10-11 times. Now that was at 7.50/lead for the basic ones. If I had paid 10.50/lead my ROI would've been 7-8 times...I'm very happy at that return.
On the enhanced I've been buying them like crazy on sale...at 10.50 it's one of the strongest deals...my ROI is a little higher...closer to 13 times, so at the higher price the ROI would still be over 7 times and not as many crazies.
7 times ROI on any lead is strong...maybe it isn't the arrow?? Not saying that you're a bad sales rep, it's just that you have to be able to pivot in the house pretty well.

But you're a freak of nature. I average 5-6x return on my investment. I did have 13x ROI last week. I've used them for about 9 months out of the last 13. Problem is now they are coming in much slower than before.
I used to get 10-15 a day, now I only get 3-5. Working the same areas with at least a 3 month break in between them.
I think it's a combination of call saturation and these sales that Thad keeps running.

Same ole same ole...$50 monthly. A little bit higher with the generic ones because people didn't know what you were coming for. A few more replacements made the avg higher

same as normal. $600AP for me.
Believe it or not, the best way I have found by far to run my tele leads is by door knocking them after 2 things happen:
1. The appt setter gets shot down - door knock anyway and play recording in their face at front door
and
2. The appt setter could never get in touch with them - see number 1 above.
Im a door knocking fool now with these type leads. On my leads I generate Ive been killing it doing it this way. Combined with direct mail Ive been having some pretty good weeks
