Strip Club/Bars/ Night Clubs

Wow..... and now for a serious respnse for a serious question. I can promise you that not one single person that responded with their thought on the "owners" or the type of crap your going to be putting up with. I can tell you that I have insured two strip clubs and I wrote them under Central. There is a pro and a con with this niche of course. Yet, last I checked that is going to happen no matter what your niche is. If you are a solid agent and you know the types of people you want to sell insurance to then you will not be working with any "sleeze ball" or anything. As a matter of fact the two guys that own the clubs I insure are VERY good businessmen and also very good people. They have been loyal to me and the premiem is not to shabby. Also, get this. Most strip clubs are not even called strip clubs. Look at the door or sign as you passbye one. It is a "gentlemans" club. It is called that for a very funny reason. Most strippers, are actually Independent-contractors. lol, I couldent believe that myself.

I have written several nightclubs and some stripclubs as well. I think the attitudes about the industry are stereotypical. Stripsclubs are GREAT risks. What are the chances that someone that gets hurt in a stripclub are going to sue the owner?? How do you explain to your wife that you hurt your back while trying to balance a strippers Cl*t on your face? lol Very low loss ratio.

Nightclubs are another story. Its bad enough trying to convince a club owner to get insurance, they don't realize how much they need it until a waitress files a liability suit. They usually pay in cash, strange but shoot, at least they PAY. The last owner I dealt with handed me 4grand in cash a parking lot. Never trust a club owner that needs to finance his policy unless it is over 10k. They make that on a Saturday. ;)
