To sell BCBS small group to I have to be certified on the shop exchange? I didn't even bother because I haven't sold small group in years. I left a email for my rep but she hasn't gotten back to me yet.
I think you need SHOP certification only if you're planning to sell groups on SHOP. Otherwise if you're doing a group directly or thru mga, you don't need it.
