Let them know that you totally understand the need for quick service. Let them know if they ever need COI's or for you to look over contracts for them from people they do business with that require them to meet certain insurance limits you will look it over for them and explain any questions they may have for any reason. Yes, I'm sure you would do this anyway, but it's nice for them to hear it from you. Policyholder's are busy running their business and sometimes feel overwhelmed. Knowing that you "have their back" and that you will work hard for them goes a very long way.
