Suggestions for Coping with Work Environment

Civility has been lost and replaced by the "me first" attitude that we teach in school now days. The old adage to this long story is "Work where you are, work hard where you are, and if you don't like it, move from where you are... and work hard there."

I have been in Insurance on my own for 6 years and with a brokerage for 4 years prior, I have never had more than the occasional crazy, I have seen some agents at the brokerage I worked at with some issues but that was there won fault.

I don't see how fast food and walmart crazy's have to do with this

What I was saying was other industries get way more crazies than the occasional angry person an insurance agency gets....

So sick of that 'everybody's winner" b.s. its fine for toddlers but when they winner kids grew up...

3 of my own, and you nip it in the bud when they are toddlers or you reap it when they grow up. Scary thing, they will soon be voting on your healthcare
