Superior Access Vs Smartchoice

and void their contract and get terminated. :swoon::goofy:

It's no joke, I know some Captives locally that have gotten kicked to the curb. One was just retarded, his rep came in on a scheduled appointment, walked in to say hi and saw paperwork being drawn up for Unitrin(at the time, now Kemper Preferred) with clients at the principal's desk. I sat next to the boss man, never saw two mens jaws drop at the same time so fast. The DM left without taking the meeting, a week later letters were sent, lawyers were involved and within a couple months the whole thing got shut down. A Contract is what a Contract is . . . and the Captive guys, they don't mess around, they grab you by the short and stubblies and don't let go till it suits them.

Splash: Big Red is a cluster. He is the only cluster that offers P and C. He is the definition of a cluster. The all knowing cluster. An oracle to boot.

thanks soaring agent. I did get a chance to look over there website this weekend. Appreciate your help

Joining a cluster is one of the most most complex decisions to make. It will be a decision that affects you for a very long time. As with any other decision do research on what the group can offer you. I find that the code of ethics and how they moderate your agency is one of the more important topics rather then just focusing on markets and commission percentages. Do they accept each application with your best intentions in mind or do you they just want to fill a premium volume requirement? Will they thoroughly review your application? etc...

Clusters that openly state their code of ethics and mindset on members is a great sign!!! UNITED VALLEY is a great example look at their website and code of ethics part!

That's all nice and dandy but for someone starting from scratch with no book like me...beggars can't be picky. It's not like every clusters are begging for people like me to join them.
