I am a supp. specialist and I can help you I think. I write hospital indemnity accident policies through Assurant health. However I am not sure Assurant offers this in Utah or even operates there. I used to work for Combined Insurance Company. They operate in every state. They have no underwriting on their accident insurance, and have jet issue. Illinois Mutual also has supps you might like.
