I am breathing so I have companies that will do business with me.. We won't discuss prospective buyers.. Wouldn't want to give away all my secrets.
But you will notice that I said "BLANK" apps..Tins tells me you are very familiar with that term..

I faxed them to myself I have a fax to email account. Then I saved them in a PDF format and put them in my Dropbox.

Or you can scan them in as PDFs. Or you could go to any companies website and just download them.

PDFs work way better than faxes. Just put the original PDF in drop box and open it with form tools.

My only problem with that was how do I put the replacement form and Hippa form into the PDF.
That's why I faxed them all together I can then turn them into a PDF from my fax

In Thailand we always use iPad or Galaxy Tablet both work pretty good. For me, I use Galaxy Tab 2. 7.0

I have always used PaperPort for things like that. Well worth the money. You will have a million uses for a document management program. Stacking pages the way you want them is just the icing on the cake.

You have to get Paperport Professional. Not standard. Search for web coupons or discounts at office depot or Staples. It comes available for half price fairly regular.
