Telemarketers and Commissions

Hey yall, had to bring this thread up. Found myself a good telemarketer.
Now I'm thinking about the tax implications of having one. How do you have your telemarketers set up? I am not incorporated so I can not have her set up with a W2, do yall have your telemarketers set up as a 1099, or do you just pay them under-the-table?
