Tell Me the Truth About "bank On Yourself" Whole Life Policies

Re: Tell Me the Truth About "bank Ou Yourself" Whole Life Policies

Not sure about you guys, but I'm seeing a lot of IULs implode. They are not a good type of insurance to use for this concept. For one, they don't pay dividends and two, and it's not so much a fault of the insurance itself, but the ones I'm seeing blow up are illustrated and sold with absolutely insane interest rate assumptions.

My prediction is that IULs are going to be the next big black eye for our profession. It's coming, kids, just you wait...

This is definitely true. Just a matter of time. You are already seeing some policies that were purchased at the outset in the late 90's imploding? Which states?
