Does anyone have any company's they work with that provide great term life leads? Also besides referrals and your inner circle what are ways to drive new business? Thank you in adavance!

No such thing as a great term life lead. Saw a man in the barbershop yesterday who said he went online and completed a questionnaire. Within hours he had dozens of agents calling him. He said he would never do that again. Most leads are sold multiple times. If you are the first agent to call you may have a pleasant conversation, but if you are #10 you may get an earful.

If you go on the open market to buy term life leads from a lead vendor, you're going to end up like the guy mentioned above and get blasted with phone calls. Lead vendors are in it to turn a profit on the leads.
On the flipside, BGAs (your upline) don't need to make a profit on their leads because they make their profits from overrides. Thriving BGA's have proprietary lead programs they've built out.
Example, our agents have access to leads that are generated by us, sold only once (other than our shared program) and we offer them with no markup:
Other BGA's have final expense or mortgage protection mailing programs etc.
So if you're looking for good term life insurance leads, start reaching out to BGA's and ask them what they have. They have a vested interest in making sure you're writing business, while also protecting their reputation by only offering profitable sources.
