I too was very nervous at cold calling. So, I went and took a job as a debt collector who collected money from people who wrote checks on closed accounts to these payday advance places. You learn to develop a strong phone voice and that is the key. You also must sound excited about what you're talking about or selling. If you need some practice, PM and I'll work with you some.
