If you are new to this business and want to sell Life, Health, P&C, Annuities or even pet insurance. My advice to you is to take a weekend and read ALL of the posts pertaining to your chosen field. It is truly amazing how much useful information can be gleaned from this forum.
When I found this site I spent a weekend doing exactly that. I have sold heath and life for 17 years, and still I was able to cut and paste 19 pages of notes, articles, links and general information. Some of which I had used in the past, but as it worked so well, I quit using it.
Believe me this will be time well spent, and will be of immense help to get you started.
There is a wealth of information here, read it, takes copious notes, utilize it and you will be off to a good start.

I could not agree more! I spent several weekends....probably logged in 100 hours of reading and copying notes before I ever made my first post. Followed threads for hours and was thankful for every post, even the ones I knew were BS. There is NO institution that has this vast of a concentration of ideas. My wife got so tired of me telling her "I wish I had found this forum years ago." Once again, I want to thank all those that have so generously shared so much for the betterment of others.

So if you're a newbie and get told "go study" just remember it only takes some clicks and the will to read and focus. Don't be lazy.
