"Memorial Sloan Kettering is not included in a single "on exchange" plan."
That sounds bad, you guys all know that's a pretty big deal, especially when the majority of plans included it just a few years ago.
Doesn't hit home until you have a cancer patient going through treatment crying in your office while you shrug and say "maybe you can sell your business and go find a job at a company that has a carrier that covers it.
(FYI, MSK's website says that they're in-network for EmblemHealth's Essential plan on-exchange, but they're not.)

Guess what arrived from the White House today? My "Obamacare enrollment packet" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It contained:
An aspirin and a band-aid.
A 'Bush's Fault' yard sign
An application for food stamps
A letter assigning my debt to my grandchildren
An 'Obama Hope & Change' bumper sticker
A 'Tax the Rich' banner
A 'Blame Republicans first, then anybody and everybody' poster
An application for unemployment and a free cellphone
A prayer rug
And lastly, a coupon for a machine that blows smoke up my #$%$.
Everything was made in "China" and all directions were in Spanish.
Keep an eye out. Yours should be arriving soon.

In Mexico they built more than 100 new hospitals in The Last 5 Years they're just waiting for us. Its inevitable. But to get in there are you going to be putting $10,000 on a credit card before they remove you from the ambulance ..... better have good insurance.

My math isn't always the best but I only counted 7...

That is one of the best articles I have ever read on the subject. It summarizes it well, and gives very good reasons why any of those scenarios could happen.
Personally, I see many of them happening throughout this next course. The biggest question is who is elected as President and in Congress. Once that is established, it will be easier to reduce the scenarios to one or two likely ones.
For us, it doesn't matter too much, because on thing is certain - change is coming. It's like when someone asked Warren Buffet Jr. what the stock market was going to do tomorrow, he said, "It will fluctuate." The nature of our business is that it will be a roller coaster up and down, twist and turn. You just have to follow the path and be willing to leave yesterday.
