I agree! I'm hoping to double up in OEP from the slackers that didn't bother to read there mail and realize all the changes that have taking place. So I'm really looking towards my UHC business to grow since I think they are offering the best plans for 2025. I have like 35 apps with Humana which is comical, not holding my breath on those tbh

AEP commissions don't really reflect production anyway. Much of the business written this time of year is simply churning your book. So if two agents both have 1000 clients but one flips 500 and the other only flips 250 to another plan, the first agent will have more January commissions but not more renewals.
