In that case, wouldn't the 1095A contain the second/higher SLCSP premium, and the tax credit difference would be refunded at reconciliation time?

I don't know how they are handling that. It is most likely a mess because the co-op existed for 2015 and was one of the lower priced carriers. They just closed to new enrollments. It was very odd.
