The Least Expensive Way to Fax?

I am tyring to figure out how I can fax by using my scanner and high speed internet connection...can it be done? If so, How?

it gets e-mailed to you. I use ringcentral (not the cheapest), but vitelity offers the same service for cheap. That's probably the cheapest way.

I have Vonage for my phone service and you can add a fax line for $10 or $15. I do not know if this is the cheapest but compared to the other options I was looking at when I started Vonage it was substantially less than the alternative.
