I just switched to RingCentral from MyFax. I had a 3.5MB 62 page pdf that MyFax just couldn't convert to .tif in order to send it. They looked at the file and couldn't see any reason it wouldn't preview or render.
RingCentral had me run the file through OCR to make the file a searchable pdf. Not sure if thay was the problem, but it worked. Myfax was bought in December 2010 I think and seem to have dropped in quality. I had been using them for years.
I don't fax every day or even every week, but it's like a smoke detector... I don't plan to use it often, but when I need it, I need it to work.
