The biggie is health care. I read that some states are seriously considering releasing seniors from prison for the cost savings. They talk about the lack of risk, with cost being secondary. But I bet the savings on medical care is huge. Can you just imagine LTC for a senior in jail? A nurse and a guard, talk about some bills.

Too dangerous. Hold up a bank. Federal crime with mandatory sentencing, and you can always surrender when the cops show up. Liquor store clerk might shoot you, bank guard won't.

Man that is only a 90 minute drive for me. I new Chelsea was an artsy fartsy town (home to Jeff Daniels "dumb and dumber") but it sure blows now......

my point is if you are going to break the law and do it while driving why break traffic laws or have a taillight out or something expired......just stupid....

I remember reading that now that I see it again. It must have influenced my choice. That and you rarely read of bank robbers getting shot.
