You can't "clean sheet" AmCon unless the applicant is in on the lie. It's a madatory phone interview.

Did you see the policy? If not I would be wary of what the client says they have.

No, I haven't.

I'm still trying to get some legs on this one -- don't know who really is the insurer -- I was informed that the agent said as long as they make it out of the first two years, she'll be fine.

It almost is priced like a Vantis, MoO, or CP based on her age...

Money says she was in on the lie. She knows she needs to get past the contestibility period.

That would not be unusual.. If the agent were going to clean app it they would coach the client telling them, "the only way you can get this is to tell the phone interviewer........ "

Many years ago, Independent Life and Accident came out with a GI ROP plan. The district manager told his debit agents, "We can now do legally what we have been doing for years.".. In other words, they had been sending in clean apps and telling the people that if they died during the first 2 years, their money would be refunded. Management was not only aware of it, they trained their agents to do it.

I have posed this question to several different companies and nobody seems to know for sure.

I was told when there is fraud involved in an insurance application the 2 year contestibility period means nothing and a compnay can refuse to pay even after 2 years if they so desire.
