Frankly, I'm tired of selling insurance everyday, but I'm not giving up the gig, as I have others doing most of the work for me. However, anybody have any other great ideas for making some cash without spending 80 hrs a week on it?????? Please, no goofie internet scams :biggrin:

Off topic but I have been curious since I first saw your avatar. It that an alpaca or llama? Is it yours or do you just like them? Do you raise them?

I had a llama until a few months ago. I used it as a guard animal, that is why I asked. The guy I bought it from was "very proud" of his llamas. I know he made a lot of money off of me.

Almost all successful businesses require an extraordianry amount of time and attention especially in startup and early on in operations. My advice is to look for a job.

In this country, with very few exceptions, you are paid according to your level of knowledge and job responsibilities.

When little to no knowledge is required and almost no responsibility is involved you're looking at low hourly wages.

Every stay-at-home parent in the country has been looking, in vein, for that magic job that pays them good money for doing next to nothing.

Actually, the avatar is a llama, but I have no interest in them. What you can't see in the picture is that the label on the stall says "Jersey Cow", but there is a llama inside. I just thought it was funny. I was at the zoo with all my kids, so I was probably just reaching for anything of humor. :D:D

I'm actually well aware of that. I have another service business that I have started as well that has revenues close to $2 million and has taken a tremendous amount of work. I'm still currently growing that business as well.

The last thing that I need is a real job!! My question was serious because I was curious of the answers that I might get and any ideas that I might get from it.

Unless you just love insurance, it can get old and I bore quickly. I've been successful though because I run it like a business and surround myself with people more successful than me. ;)

I'm curious as well about how you use a llama as a guard animal? :skeptical:

There a lot of home-based businesses you can start up but only you know where you talents lie.

I'm multi-talented. Can you name a few home based businesses that actually work? And nobody better mention pre-paid legal :skeptical:
