Today’s application is not found in HealthSherpa

Earlier today, I completed an ACA app, shared the info with prospect and hit SUBMIT. When I looked on LEADS and CLIENTS, there is no sign of it! Ditto for e-mails sent to me. WTH?

I just looked again and went under OFF EXCHANGE Clients and found him. Thank Gawd.
