Actually, I do drops targeting PO Boxes because most agents don't want them

1. The returns are better.

2. Folks with PO boxes only and no mail box tend to get LESS junk mail and fewer offers for FE

3. My closing percentage is higher with PO box leads than any other lead

The only down fall is that you can't door knock em!

Of course you can door knock em. WE are able to obtain the physical address of any P.O. box. So you can get the best of BOTH worlds. You can hit the PO box people AND hit their door!!!

In small towns, sometimes they can tell you at the Post Office. You can also try looking them up in the phone book or looking them up on:

We use a company that gives us that intel for pennies compared to what it's worth. They verify you thoroughly but once you're in...you're in! No, not USPS.
