Top 3 FMO's

I have a question if an IMO has aged leads where do they get them? Do the agents sell them back or do the IMO make copies of the leads they sold?

That's one of the main reasons many IMOs want the leads to run through their fingers. Lot's of money reselling those leads. But of course many lead vendors sell them too. You can't trust any of them.

The best way an agent can make certain it couldn't happen is to have the lead returns go to his own individual business reply box. No one would ever see it but him. I've done that for years with many of my mailings.

2nd best defense is to place the business that is priced well. Can you imagine how much a set of Lincoln B-leads would be worth?

I know EFES does that... Is that why you left them?

No EFES is one of the most ethical organization I have ever worked with. They always did what they said, and they have always been a class act.

With EFES, agents are told up front that the leads that they are purchasing at a discounted price are theirs exclusively for 90 days. After that that the leads that (leads that were not sold) go into the B lead hopper. That was what they did when I was there.

The B leads that are being referred to in this thread have been generated by a broker agent. An agent that paid the retail price for a lead drop. Took all the risk on what the returns may be, and then have that lead shop sale that agents leads to another agent. The original agent does not receive any of the profits that the vendor made due to the unethical selling of the agents property (Leads).
