Top Agent With Lincoln Heritage Wrote 70k in AP For July

Lol were does one find the prospects?The reason agents have flocked to the fe side is it's the only type of of insurance one can buy leads and be in front of 10-20 people per week in your first month in the game. Most middle to upper class clients never answer mail cards thus the only way to reach them is threw cold calling busineeses,seminars or the preferred method referrals. My friend made $104k last week on 2 annuity referrals.And that's net. That's takes a top fe agent 6-8 months to net.

His worst month this year is 25k.

He's averaged 46k a month for the year.

I wasn't going to respond to your nonsense but since you worry enough about me to put me in your signature, I will.

My response is that is just yet another one of your lies.

I don't believe for a second that an LH agent wrote $70,000 ap in one month from personal production.

It's already been proven that you area liar. You claim LH is the number FE company. They are not. You claim that LH has great leads. They do not. You claim that LH has easy underwriting, they do not. In fact, it's stricter than most of the companies I write.

As for anyone doing $70,000 in a month? I don't believe that from any IMO. EFES supposedly had a guy write $100,000 ap in a month. I didn't believe that one at the time and I've since found that there was good reason for my disbelief.

I do know of two agents that have done over $50,000 ap in a month. They are the two best FE agents in the world, in my opinion, of course.

But, let's just suppose that this one dude with LH did write that much for a month. What difference does it make? Other than he's a great producer it doesn't mean anything. To use an abberation to recruit is the height of buffoonery.

Clean sheeting can only occur when a company does no mib,rx check or pos interview. IMHO professional agents who want to stay in the business should avoid these co's as there survival longer term is in doubt.

It can be done even if the company checks. Some things are not on RX or MIB. Also just say you meet with a guy that had a surgery 4 days ago. It probably won't show up yet. I run into policies pretty often that are clean sheeted.

I always work in the topic of 'clean sheeting' on policy delivery with my clients. In one step I'll go to the app copy in the back and say something like: "Now this may not be the last policy you ever buy but if you ever add to it then make sure you check the answers you gave and match it with the answers the agent marked down. You don't want to waste your money or leave your kids high and dry with a bogus policy. There's two people you do business with that you want to be honest....one is the guy you buy a car from....the other is the guy you buy your life insurance from."

This, of course, is a 'back door' way to put the idea in the mind of my client that they now have an honest agent and a valid policy....both worth keeping.

Jerard ;

Thanks for the explanation. I didn't know why there was no response and wasn't about to ask again so I reached out to my manager and got the answer. Even on a Sunday! However its nice to know the forum does work too.

I got $50 to whoever can tell me where this guy works ;) ;) ;)

I live in a city where they do over $1 Million a month. I've often wondered how I could seek out and find all these people. I run across them when I run my own leads sometimes but not too often. By my estimation there must be 15,000+ active Lincoln Heritage policies in place within 1 - 2 hours of where I live. If I could find and target these people I'd have a literal gold mine.
