Ha that is funny. I worked for them a short period of time back in the 90's. Heard they dont have a good reputation on here.:skeptical:

Parker and Asses are the very worst of the worst. That's saying a lot when talking about bad IMO's.

When you find an FE company that pays renewals like med sups, let me know about them.

I would be all over that too. Even if the first year commissions were like med sups.

Back in the mid 90's there was a life company in GA I think that had GA contracts for 80% first year and 20% for life. Do those not exist anymore?

Life insurance isn't a renewal business the way Medicare supplement and P&C insurance is.

If you want Med supp renewals... sell Med supps?

Guess they went out of business.

What is realistic lifetime renewal for 100 to 200k a year production?

Most aren't going to do lifetime renewals. 10 to 12% for 10 years is abolut as good as it gets. I believe Layfayette Life is lifetime renewals at around 12%.

Some companies, 5 Star for example, will do higher renewals in exchange for lower 1st year commissions.

It's not only what's available out there, it's also what you can negotiate.

If I was still in the FE market I wish some companies would do like 5star and give higher resids and lower first year.

No one has renewals like you are describing.

American Memorial comes the closest. They have level renewals for life.

5-Star and Monumental has a decent renewal for 10-years but not as high as JD said.

Settlers has good renewals for 10 years and a decent lifetime renewal.

LaFayette has attractive renewals but you give up some in the 1st year.

If you want to contact me and let me know what you expect to sell in FE I can fill in the blanks and let you know what I can give you.
