They don't have a good rep anywhere...
You know that suprises me. I worked with his son for a while and they were big Holy Rollers. Dont know if they still are.

But if it was only a few points
I want renewals for FE similar to med sup renewals.
Ha that is funny. I worked for them a short period of time back in the 90's. Heard they dont have a good reputation on here.
Parker and Asses are the very worst of the worst. That's saying a lot when talking about bad IMO's.
When you find an FE company that pays renewals like med sups, let me know about them.
I would be all over that too. Even if the first year commissions were like med sups.
Back in the mid 90's there was a life company in GA I think that had GA contracts for 80% first year and 20% for life. Do those not exist anymore?
Guess they went out of business.NO. {filler for 20 characters}

What is realistic lifetime renewal for 100 to 200k a year production?
Most aren't going to do lifetime renewals. 10 to 12% for 10 years is abolut as good as it gets. I believe Layfayette Life is lifetime renewals at around 12%.
Some companies, 5 Star for example, will do higher renewals in exchange for lower 1st year commissions.
It's not only what's available out there, it's also what you can negotiate.
