Tracking Internet Leads

Hey all, quick question...

How do you track all of your internet leads? Do you just create an excel file and plug in each name/contact info?

I have a bunch of leads coming in from different vendors, and want to find the easiest way to track ROI.

Also, for those of you who use YIO, do you put in every lead in the "prospect" database, or do you just put in those clients who you talk to and express an interest?

Trying to find the easiest way to organize this....organization is my weak point!

I track them two ways, in my pending files at the carrier or in my recycle bin. LOL. That's what it seems like anyway.

I personally use IDA assistant. It autoimports all my leads and gives me a simple ROI. To calculate ROI, all you need to know is how many leads you paid for in the month and how much commssion you made from those leads.
