Transamerica and 3 hour hold times

No matter when the customers call for customer service, they are being put on hold between 3 and 4 hours. The system gives an option to give an automated call back when it's "their turn", but so far the system hasn't called back 3 of my clients 2 days later.

Does anyone have a workaround this problem? It's becoming a real issue.
 
What do you need to call them for? Almost everything on the customer service and can be accomplished by downloading the forms and sending them in. There’s no need to call new business because you should not be selling that final expense product.

I don’t write for them at all, and I can’t see myself ever getting contracted with them. But I’ve had to call them a couple of times for info on a client’s old policy. They’re not the only company with long wait times (try calling Gerber on Monday morning!), but they’re definitely one of the worst.
I've been called back and placed on hold again!:arghh:
They have become a perfect case study on how to screw up business.
I always thought it was funny when @jdeasy would call it, “Business Prevention Department”. Funny to read about, but not so funny when you’re having to deal with it!:nah:
