No matter when the customers call for customer service, they are being put on hold between 3 and 4 hours. The system gives an option to give an automated call back when it's "their turn", but so far the system hasn't called back 3 of my clients 2 days later.
Does anyone have a workaround this problem? It's becoming a real issue.
