Ok so I figured it out. You just go to link above, get the token number and put that in the place of the DE number on the SSBA form. You continue to use the same SSBA form. Put the expiration date in there like normal.

Hey, I just had one of those yesterday. It wasn't THAT enjoyable.I would say more like a colonoscopy. Yeah they're a pain in the butt, but at least you get some good meds before the procedure
Interesting. This was the same issue that dissuaded Americo from implementing credit/debit cards a couple years ago; the inability to charge cards every month without being able to legally store the card number in house.I was just on the phone with Transamerica policy service and they said as of 6/18/18 there is a new SSBA form. The Rep said they are no longer allowed to store Direct Express Card Numbers so you must go to a website enter in the card number and get a "Token Number" instead and put that on the new SSBA form. I looked under forms but did not see the new form. Anyone else hear about this?
